Library Failure Confessions

Sam created this site with Miranda Marraccini for a University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Instructor College Steering End of the Year event. The event’s focus was on reclaiming and normalize failure, redefining the word for what it is: something that happens to everyone, how people learn to become better at their library jobs, and just another stage in people’s and their library’s journeys. It features library failure meme’s created by University library employees which were anonymously submitted through a form Sam designed.
